Clem started his property career in 1989 at the tender age of 17, working as a weekend negotiator for a large corporate estate agency chain, in Taunton. Climbing his way through the ranks and experiencing employment for several different agencies throughout Somerset Clem ran his first branch at 27.

Lorraine brings to the team a wealth of property experience spanning over 35 years, predominantly in Sales covering London, Essex, Bristol and Taunton. Having management experience and great people skills, to bring to the table to assist Clem Woodward as a successful and unique Letting Agent, concentrating on customer care and evolving the business. Ensuring we provide a bespoke service for Landlords, whilst responding to the needs of Tenants. Lorraine loves supporting her 3 sons who all love sport and enjoys spending time with friends, family and her lovely animals!

From studying construction at college to landing his first lettings role at just 17, Aidan has been fascinated by all things property ever since childhood. In the ten years since his first role at a reputable West Country estate agents, he has let and managed hundreds of stunning properties in both Taunton and London. Having returned to property after two years in the Civil Service, Aidan has settled in nicely into the Lettings Team, guiding landlords and tenants at the front end of their property journey and coordinating the diary for Gilles. He also works closely with Ellie in supporting the back-end administration side of the business. Aidan is preparing to sit his Level 3 ARLA exam within the next 12 months. Outside of work, he is a big fan of festivals, the outdoors and good food!

Daisy has been part of our maintenance team for a few years, bringing a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to the role. With a background in graphic design, Daisy combines creativity with hands-on problem-solving to tackle a wide range of maintenance challenges. She is committed to ensuring smooth operations by working closely with contractors and supporting the team in addressing new issues as they arise.

Rob joins our Maintenance Team having worked as a Loss Adjuster for over ten years, starting as a Low Value Claims Handler and working his way up to High Value Loss Adjusting, helping form the Adjusting department of a local Claims Handling company. He has experience in all manors of building and construction damage and resolution. The skills he has brought to Clem Woodward are management of property issues/improvements and maintaining good relationships with both Landlords and Tenants - guiding all parties through the process and using his knowledge and customer service experience. In his spare time, Rob enjoys watersports, tennis, badminton, swimming, surfing and playing guitar to name a few.

After obtaining a 2:1 in his Business & Finance degree at Bournemouth University, Alex enjoyed almost 2 years as a Sales & Development Manager for an up and coming toy retailer. The prospect of working for a thriving and exciting business closer to home in Clem Woodward, has also allowed Alex to develop his skills further and expand his knowledge and having been recently promoted to Operations & Finance Manager heading up the department. Alex brings a vibrant and enthusiastic focus with a real eye for figures and hopes to add his own new flavour to the team. Sport and exercise are just a few of Alex’s many interests in life outside of work!
