Clem & Lorraine Woodward started the agency in 2011 and the company has steadily and organically grown over the years to be one of the premier letting and management companies in the South of England.

The team has a combined experience of over 125 years within the property sector and has close relationships with many major landlords, suppliers, relocation agents and contractors to ensure that quality tenancies can be arranged and maintained throughout the term.

The team is headed up by Clem Woodward (MARLA) and Lorraine Woodward and their mantra is to go “a little bit further” and in 2021 Clem Woodward Ltd relocated to their larger offices, with parking available to take into consideration of the global pandemic. This was to ensure that the quality of service could be maintained by all of the team.
